We currently ship orders across India.
For bulk or export inquiries outside India, please contact us directly at hello@gkbrothers.com.
2. Processing Time
- All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
- Customized or large-batch orders may take 5–10 business days depending on specifications.
3. Delivery Time
- Delivery within Punjab & North India: 2–5 business days
- Delivery to other Indian states: 5–9 business days
- Delivery partners include DTDC, Delhivery, or other reliable transporters.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during public holidays or unforeseen events (e.g., strikes, weather delays).
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Orders: based on weight & location.
- Bulk Orders: Calculated based on volume and delivery location. Shipping cost will be shared during order confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking link via email/WhatsApp
- Order invoice and dispatch confirmation
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery attempt.
- Share clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
- We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or resolution.
