1. Returns

  • We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special bulk orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling will not be eligible for returns.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
